The National Leader and  founder of the visionary & Youth advocacy group Egbema Massive Movement_E.M.M in Ancient Egbema kingdom Comrade I.E. Kelly Rufus (s.j.c) has officially called to Congratulate our own, Mr. Chukwudi Ezekwe Jp, aka Ochi _Aya I. On his recent promotion to the rank of a *Community Relations Manager* at the Nigeria agip oil company limited (NAOC) Week's ago.

Kelly Rufus however described Mr. Ezekwe's appointment as deserving and long excepted by Egbema people. He regretted why It has to take the multinational this while to confirming their son's working in Agip a managerial position in either of the departments considering her resourceful impact as host communities.

Recall, on the 14th July, 2018 that the Egbema Massive Movement_E.M.M mobilized and took to the house to house of Egbema leader's and street to street of Egbema decrying the Egbeman's ugly plight by Government of the day and the Multinationals, while Requesting for an immediate redress of her Plights. The Rally with the hashtag: Egbema Street_to_Street Awareness walk had in full participation over 300 aggrieved Youths from Egbema with placards bearing different inscriptions notable was the demand for the *following:*
*AGIP GIVE US MANAGERIAL POSITION IN EGBEMA*  EGBEMA NEEDS HER ICT_ CENTER BUILT AND COMMISSIONED FOR USE, GOV. WIKE ELEVATE OUR NZE_ OBI STOOL TO A 1st class and classify our Eze _Ali stools to a second class,  Egbema_omoku road, Okwuzi general hospital, Egbema deserve a commissioner's position, Egbema Epileptic power supply, Egbema Town Hall meeting and amongst other touching plights of the people that begs for a redress.

Rufus expressed satisfaction that the July 14th Massive outcry by his group has finally recorded some success while expressing hope that if Egbema will agree to work together as a clan in all her pursuit, then the rest of her demands to the Government and Multinationals will be attended to without much delay.

You are very fortunate man, use your position as an opportunity to meditate and build more ground for Egbema kingdom in Agip, for over 50 year and counting, we have prayed for this day, Glory be to God Almighty Egbema has it, You now have it, And we strongly believe that you will bring home, the bacon! The Visionary, Apolitical and Youths advocacy group in Ancient Egbema Kingdom also known as: 'Egbema Massive Movement_E.M.M (NAT'L) ably led by Comrade Iweka Ernest Kelly Rufus today Sunday 1st of March, 2020 Officially kicked off her long anticipated 2020_ Skills Acquisition program to train 50 Youths of Egbema on different skills Acquisition programs for 6_Months.

Recall that on the Occasion of the 3rd edition of the EMM Egbema Youths summit_EYS_2019 (December 26th), the leader of the visionary group Comrade I.E. Kelly Rufus declared the groups readiness to enroll some Youths of Egbema into various skills Acquisition programs as the groups iota contributions towards the growth and developmental process of her kingdom Egbema.

Kelly Rufus Speaking during the official kick-off ceremony of the scheme at Creek Views resort_okwuzi Congratulated the shortlisted candidates for the training and urged them to Cease the EMM_2020 skills Acquisition program as an opportunity for self Development and equip themselves for tomorrow,  positing that the benefit of an acquired skill is enormous and impactful.

Also at the event, The Honourable councilor Representing Ward 12 in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni local Government area of Rivers State, Hon. Andy Bright Ihedike commended the Visionary group _E.M.M for embarking on such Massive project, he however described the EMM decision as Impressive and First of it's kind in the history of Egbema.

In Solidarity, The chief Executive officer of DCS TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED Rtn. Gideon Lagos Otumudia, Mr. Manfred Ugwube CEO Brownman Computers, Comrade innocent Sambo also commended E.M.M for such Massive outing, while praying for the God's unending Grace and strength to continue this feet. They encouraged the selected Beneficiaries for the skill to reciprocate same gesture and Ultilize this Golden opportunities created by the Egbema Massive movement for them for Self Development.

In appreciation, Miss Laura Amaranjo who spoke on behalf of the shortlisted Beneficiaries for the training Applauded the Egbema Massive Movement_EMM Untiring zeal towards Youth & Community Development in Egbema Kingdom.
She expressed joy and confidence that the program will better the lots of many Youths of Egbema after successful completion of the scheme, she assured the E.M.M of the trainee's readiness to undertake the Training diligently and Without disappointment.

The event which featured orientation and detailed profiling of the trainee's also had in Attendance friends and well wishers of the Egbema Massive Movement from and across the Communities of Egbema.

Oh! How Proud it feels for one to be of the Decendents of the great Egbema_Alinso?
Acknowledged, No society is without it's own limitations, confrontations and challenges, hence why Egbema needs to Confront her fears with boldness, Faith and demand for Unity.

Without Unity which is the Geniue Assurances of perfect togetherness to deal with, work with and Pursue the Egbema collective interest, Then I'm Self compelled to tell us the very 'unarmed truth' ; That until Egbema Unity herself, mind's, association's and Communities to work, relate and pursue as a tribe it's Entitlements, Monument, and needed Recognition cum Development, then we will know no Genuine growth.

I have seen Communities whose foundations were more controversial and helpless than our situation in Egbema today, yet this Communities were able to understand the secret for communal Growth which is togetherness and has Immediately purged herself of jealousy, hatred, Envy, unnecessary competition, Betrayals, witch-hunt and wizardry towards another and the society.

*WHAT IS OUR PROBLEM ?*
A society where everyone is the Leader, and just a few segment of the population as followers has got leadership problem and not Development problem.
A society were almost everyone is comfortable living in isolation and longtime enemity with another is a wicked world. A society with more Eloquent Speakers, Preacher's, prolific writers and Fault finder's than Solution giver's, Practical doers and Active participants in the moves for communal greatness is yet, in another war with reality and Fiction.

Our father, the Great Egbema _Alinso has got good dreams for her decendents, Dreams of Hope, Growth, Development, Massive Employment for her Youths & women, Dreams of & for a bountiful harvest, Fruitful Marriages, Social happiness amongst his decendents.

*EGBEMA NEEDS TO UNITE,* yes we Can, we need to unite and first the call for Egbema togetherness is an individual decision spurred by love and Forgiveness of our offenders. The visionary and youths advocacy group in Egbema ancient kingdom known as the Egbema Massive Movement_EMM has issued a 14_Days Ultimatum to the Contractor in charge of the Egbema electricity power supply to immediately restore to normalcy, the once Proud un _interrupted Steady power supply in Egbema.

Leader of the advocacy group; Comrade I.E Kelly Rufus made this position known through the office of the EMM Public Relation Officer (P.R.O) Maccliton j. William on the early hours of Tuesday 14th January, 2020.

Rufus however wondered why the Youths of Egbema have decided to sitback and watch a legacy achieved by our earliest Activist and comrades in Egbema go down the drain in their time.

He disclosed that Daily he receives Calls, text messages and physical confrontations from the General public concerning the ugly state of our Egbema electricity power supply. He said he has been mute, trying to investigate and Consult with the relevant Bodies charged with the responsibility to undertake the said project execution and actualization in Egbema but funny enough, the E.M.M investigation showed a people ignorant about their plights and Entitlement from multinationals operating in her land.

Going forward, we have given a 14_Days ultimatum to any individual, Group, company and or department of the Nigeria Agip oil company Limited (NAOC) responsible for the EPILEPTIC POWER FAILURE in Egbema Kingdom to immediately restore to function and Normalcy the Egbema once Proud un interrupted Electricity power supply.

In Refusal to adhere to this Quick intervention Plea/Wake up call of ours, We visionary youths of Egbema shall immediately mobilize all Aggrieved Persons, (Women, children and Youths of Egbema) on a Streets to Streets, house to house demonstration of to All traditional and Political/oppinion leader's of Egbema Kingdom who is charged to.. and or have decided to remain comfortable with the negative plights of the people of Egbema and shall demand the immediate termination of the Egbema lighting contract totally or a  replacement to a more trusted and competent Expert. Since we have decided to allow the sugar already placed in our mouths for a Lipton.

Without much a_Do, to Join this peaceful demonstration which must hold upon the Refusal, and Unconcerned approach to addressing our plights within 14_Days,

The visionary and youths advocacy group in Egbema kingdom has again been triggered by the urgent need to get Egbema working again, and wishes to announce her longtime Desire to see an end to the  unnecessary Supremency tussel and Reluctant nature of it's Egbema indigenes and Leader's in harnessing every burning issues which has Trapped for a while, Possible developments, Projects and have Pinched on our Sociocultural harmony as a kingdom.

Going forward, the EMM wishes to remind all Embattled leader's and individuals in Egbema that peace is priceless and Terror senseless; hence the need to give peace a chance to reign in our respective Communities that makes up Egbema.

Recall that the visionary team has been on this move to hold the Egbema Townhall meeting since 2018. It is worthy to note that since 2018 till date and  inline with other activities of ours (EMM),  we have achieved over 65% percent of broad victory on Consultation with concerned and relevant stakeholders across Egbema kingdom and all visit which started on the 3rd of January, 2018 has been of a singular motive which is to achieve the possibilities of holding a historic and All encompassing Civic Meeting ( reconciliation and way forward) where all the Dukes and Harry's of Egbema kingdom will attend regardless of Political, Religious and individual differences.

In a wake up call to the people of Egbema, leader of the Egbema Massive Movement_emm Comrade I.E Kelly Rufus Expressed confidence that the Meeting if finally held and with all key players of Egbema attending, is capable of reuniting Aggrieved parties, individuals and also, reach an understanding which shall be a rallying point for the Egbema people going forward.

He Cited that a society were there is no defined leadership settings and Regards to Positions of authorities can never achieve any mutual Development or victory,  rather will only encourage the Rakettering of Development cum Projects by individual might amidst petitioning. he likened such process as a great disadvantage to the common Man describing such approach as  dangerous to our Growth as a people.

He however urged the people of Egbema to anticipate the date for the long over due Egbema Townhall meeting, Assuring that his team is currently on a serious engagement with all key actor's of Egbema and group's to arrive at a soon to announce date for the meeting.

The Ikwere's, Ogoni's, Kalabari's, and Orashi's are Uniting seriously for their respective interest ahead. Egbema people should ultilize this opportunity of an ongoing regional & ethnic reconciliation scheme to Unite and purge herself of Bitterness, hatred, Envy and unnecessary Supremency tussel and look forward to agreeing on the way forward for all. Egbema should not be left out on this ongoing regional and ethnic reconciliation and repositioning for the vision 2023 arrangement in the state. We need to tell ourselves the bitter truth, and face reality rather than sitback, and always complain about abandonment and relegation by government at all levels. We need to meet and decide what we actually want and make Aggressive moves towards achieving them.

Addressing a media correspondent in Port Harcourt on Sunday 1st December, 2019, Comrade Kelly Rufus Commended the leadership styles and grace of the Oba, Eze_ Ogba of Ogba land, His Eminence: Sir (Dr.) Chukwumela Nnam_Obi (II.)  expressing Satisfaction with His Eminence longtime Committement towards sustaining the people's Culture and tradition.

He called on the good people of Ogba land to Always assist their monarch His Eminence in the leadership and Development of their place. 

Rufus however stated that His Eminence was one time Former Chairman, River's state Council of Traditional Rulers, and is unarguably the Longest serving monarch in  history of Nigeria.

Leader of the visionary and Youths advocacy group however, Called on all traditional Rulers in ONELGA to emulate His Eminence; The Oba, Eze Ogba of Ogba land driving zeal towards Community Development and  the sustainace  of the people's Culture and tradition.

Culture as we were thought in our Secondary School days still Remain the people's way of life, and source of total happiness.

The responsibility to provide for the society a decent culture and tradition is the Sole duties of our traditional Rulers and monarchs hence, monarchs should try to deliver on the mandate given to them by the people.
