The visionary leader of the EGBEMA MASSIVE MOVEMENT ( COMR. I.E.KELLY RUFUS)has broken his silence to cry aloud that the youths of EGBEMA KINGDOM in OGBA/EGBEMA/NDONI LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF RIVERS STATE are seriously suffering and needs help.

As part of our campaign for youths EMPOWERMENT, we want to appeal to all ELITES in the KINGDOM, the local government, state, federal government and the Oil MULTINATIONALS in NIGERIA to come to our AID.

In as much as we the people of EGBEMA KINGDOM complains bitterly of been abandoned, improvised, and neglected we still have not got the right thought to take us to our promised land.

Sometimes I ask the following questions:
@ WHY ARE WE AGAINST OURSELVES?
@WHY CAN'T WE FORM A BETTER SYNERGY WITH THE LITTLE WE HAVE TO GAIN THE LOT'S WE SEEK?
@ WHY CAN'T THE CALL FOR PEACE, RECONCILIATION AND WAY FORWARD BE MADE?
@WHY MUST WE ALLOW POLITICAL DIFFERENCES TO RENDER US LIFE ENEMIES, AND AT THE PROCESS, SCARING AWAY DEVELOPMENT.

It's been over 50years since the creation of our state(RIVERS STATE) and a populous and oil_donor of a KINGDOM in OGBA/EGBEMA/NDONI LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF RIVERS STATE cannot boost of having held or holding the following positions in the STATE:

1. COMMISSIONER
2. CHIEF OF STAFF
3. SECRETARY TO THE STATE GOVERNMENT
4. CHAIRMAN CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION
5. VICE_CHANCELLORS, RECTOR, OR EVEN A PROVOST IN ANY OF THE STATE TERTIARY INSTITUTIONS.
6. CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE STATE

Nigeria in extension:
7. A SENATOR
8. HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
9. A MINISTER
10. AN AMBASSADOR OR HIGH COMMISSIONER
11. HEAD OF NDDC, NNPC, NIMASA, NV, NA, OR EVEN AN ORDINARY MANAGER IN (AGIP) NIGERIA AGIP OIL COMPANY LIMITED WHOM IT PLAYS GREAT HOST TO.
12. CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE FEDERATION
and among others.

It pains me a lot to see that our people, the youths, the women, our leaders and ELITES are not saying anything.
Must we continue to suffer and smile?

This is the time to come together and proffer for a way FORWARD. Stop the greed, STOP the petition writing, STOP the pretence and help REBUILD and achieve a better EGBEMA KINGDOM.

STOP GIVING RECOMMENDATION LETTERS TO YOUR SUBJECTS ON CONDITION ( by percentage %)

(It will lead to anarchy in the kingdom).

The complains by some concerned people of Egbema kingdom has been brought to our notice bothering on the undeserved intimidation and sometimes denial of a RECOMMENDATION from her leaders when ever they ask for one.

Ordinarily, RECOMMENDATION LETTERS are given by recognized authorities to citizens or individuals who needs them for their personal pursuits provided the seeker MEETS the necessary conditions for it. And they includes:
#RECOMMENDATION LETTERS ARE GIVEN TO CLEAR A DOUBT BOTHERING ON ONE'S IDENTITY. (Place of birth).
#IT IS TO ISSUED BY ANY RECOGNIZED AUTHORITY PENDING ON THE SPECIFICATIONS TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED. (Either for a job, visa, or promotion).
#RECOMMENDATION LETTERS ARE TO PROOF THAT THE AUTHORITY KNOWS OR MAINTAIN A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP WITH THE SEEKER INDIVIDUAL IN NEED.(as a parents, traditional ruler, council chairman, civil servants and among others).

It becomes worrisome to some concerned people of EGBEMA KINGDOM why a Traditional Ruler and or Respected ELITES in the KINGDOM will want to frustrate and possibly deny eligible citizens the right to a RECOMMENDATION from her leaders.

Majority of job seekers in the KINGDOM have decried the victimization and continual denial of an ordinary RECOMMENDATION LETTER From her leaders for their personal pursuits when ever they need them. this have in turn, increased the rate of unemployment in the region.
Why must a leader place a job seeker, his subject under duress to sign an (MOU) MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING with them before they can be recommended for a job an ordinary INDIVIDUAL suffered to get. Why must they victimize their subject? Why must they want their own percentage before doing the needful?

A concerned SON of the KINGDOM will want to ask:
Why the denial? Why placing job seekers on a CONDITION? TO what gain?.

This is total wickedness and if this is not preached against now, it will pose possible dangers and May even lead to anarchy in the land.
We call on any traditional ruler engaged into such acts to immediately desist from it. For it will lead to their loss of respect.
