4. CHAIRMAN CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION

The complains by some concerned people of Egbema kingdom has been brought to our notice bothering on the undeserved intimidation and sometimes denial of a RECOMMENDATION from her leaders when ever they ask for one.

Ordinarily, RECOMMENDATION LETTERS are given by recognized authorities to citizens or individuals who needs them for their personal pursuits provided the seeker MEETS the necessary conditions for it. And they includes:
#RECOMMENDATION LETTERS ARE GIVEN TO CLEAR A DOUBT BOTHERING ON ONE'S IDENTITY. (Place of birth).
#IT IS TO ISSUED BY ANY RECOGNIZED AUTHORITY PENDING ON THE SPECIFICATIONS TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED. (Either for a job, visa, or promotion).
#RECOMMENDATION LETTERS ARE TO PROOF THAT THE AUTHORITY KNOWS OR MAINTAIN A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP WITH THE SEEKER INDIVIDUAL IN NEED.(as a parents, traditional ruler, council chairman, civil servants and among others).

It becomes worrisome to some concerned people of EGBEMA KINGDOM why a Traditional Ruler and or Respected ELITES in the KINGDOM will want to frustrate and possibly deny eligible citizens the right to a RECOMMENDATION from her leaders.

Majority of job seekers in the KINGDOM have decried the victimization and continual denial of an ordinary RECOMMENDATION LETTER From her leaders for their personal pursuits when ever they need them. this have in turn, increased the rate of unemployment in the region.
Why must a leader place a job seeker, his subject under duress to sign an (MOU) MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING with them before they can be recommended for a job an ordinary INDIVIDUAL suffered to get. Why must they victimize their subject? Why must they want their own percentage before doing the needful?

A concerned SON of the KINGDOM will want to ask:
Why the denial? Why placing job seekers on a CONDITION? TO what gain?.

This is total wickedness and if this is not preached against now, it will pose possible dangers and May even lead to anarchy in the land.
We call on any traditional ruler engaged into such acts to immediately desist from it. For it will lead to their loss of respect.

We have come to meet with the voice of the people, and that is COMR. I.E.KELLY RUFUS. we want to appeal to the TRADITIONAL authorities in our land to ensure that community MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) with the various MULTINATIONAL COMPANIES operating in EGBEMA KINGDOM only calls for EMPLOYMENT,EMPOWERMENT AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT.

And again, the visionary group in OGBA/EGBEMA/NDONI LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF RIVERS STATE, EGBEMA MASSIVE MOVEMENT has risen to remind the RIVERS STATE GOVERNMENT of an issue very pressing to the people of the oil rich EGBEMA KINGDOM.

The NZE_OBI STOOL OF THE EGBEMA PEOPLE happens to be one of the oldest TRADITIONAL stool in Nigeria and in ONELGA, the oldest. It remains shocking to us why the TWO SISTER KINGDOM IN ONELGA the OGBA KINGDOM AND THE NDONI KINGDOM will have a FIRST CLASS STOOL and the ancient NZE_OBI STOOL OF THE EGBEMA KINGDOM will remain a 2ND CLASS STOOL in the STATE.

Recently, the Executive GOVERNOR of RIVERS STATE approved the EKPEYE STOOL TO A FIRST CLASS STOOL IN THE STATE. And we ask again, what is the issue with that of EGBEMA KINGDOM.

When we still struggle to forego the feelings of none state government projects in our land and another it's the continual denial of a FIRST CLASS RECOGNITION and TREATMENT IN THE STATE LEVEL by our state government. A government the good people of EGBEMA KINGDOM proudly accounts for some, if not more than 19%of its achieved victory as a KINGDOM in the last gubernatorial election in the STATE.

We on regrettably ask the current leadership of RIVERS STATE to remember the massive support and brotherly treatment showered on her by the abandoned and neglected people of the oil rich EGBEMA KINGDOM.

MAJOR BENEFITS OF A FIRST CLASS NZE_OBI STOOL TO US:

1. It will serve as a relative relief that we are not forgotten in our own state were we accounts for some 25% of the state income.
2. A FIRST CLASS STOOL will level our TRADITIONAL RULERS stand, and motivate them to meet and the discuss issues concerning the state during STAKEHOLDERS or TRADITIONAL RULERS COUNCIL MEETINGS IN THE STATE where the plights of the people will be presented by our representative.
3. If we have a well recognized TRADITIONAL stool, the GOVERNMENT'S attention can easily be sort and issues of development will not continually elude us.
4. A recognized FIRST CLASS STOOL(NZE_OBI) will elevate the world's(outsiders) perceptions about us. Look at the yoruba",s for instance. There monarchs are well recognized and command a lot of respect.

During the foundation laying, the representative of the Lawmaker

The functional LAWMAKER had on the SUNDAY 10th September, handed over thousands of writing materials to the ONELGA UBEC DIRECTOR SIR NWAIWHU at the FEDERAL COLLEGE OF EDUCATION TECHNICAL OMOKU.

According to the HON. Lawmaker, the writing materials are to be distributed to all UBEC in ONELGA CONSTITUENCY II. which covers (EGBEMA, NDONI AND USOMINI) while furthering that he will also provide BAND EQUIPMENTS to all GOVERNMENT PRIMARY SCHOOLS IN ONELGA CONSTITUENCY II. and will start from OBIE COMMUNITY PRIMARY SCHOOL(CPS). were he also showed commitment to provide the REGISTRATION  FEES FOR STUDENTS EMBARKING ON G.C.E, W.A.E.C, and N.E.C.O.

as part of our duties to spur up our leaders to action, it is also pertinent that we laud their efforts geared towards making life better for their people.

1. WE REQUEST THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA TO PRODUCE A BLUE PRINT TO DEVELOP ONELGA AS A MEGA_CITY. this should be made operational within ONE MONTH from the date of this press release. The MINISTRY OF NIGER DELTA and the NDDC should collaborate with FEDERAL GOVERNMENT in actulizing this project as a matter of necessity.
2. WE DEMAND THE IMMEDIATE DUALIZATION OF THE AHOADA_OMOKU _EBOCHA_EGBEMA road. Only JULIUS BERGER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SHALL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS PROJECT to ensure a quality, durable and timely delivery of project.
3. THAT NIGERIA AGIP OIL COMPANY(NAOC) should site the proposed refinery in ONELGA. We forbid the mentioning of any other place outside ONELGA for the refinery project because our natural resources shall no longer be used to develop other areas to the detriment of ONELGA. We have large expanse of land and conducive environment for the project in OGBA/EGBEMA/NDONI LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA.
4. THAT THE NIGERIA LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS(NLNG) and INDORAMA should enter into M.O.U to develop ONELGA within 14days from this press conference.
5. WE DEMAND THE IMMEDIATE RELOCATION OF THE HEAD OFFICES OF ALL THE INTERNATIONAL OIL COMPANIES(IOC) operating in ONELGA IN LINE WITH THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY CONTENT DEVELOPMENT BILL 2010, NOW THE NIGERIA LOCAL CONTENT SIGNED ON THE 29TH DAY OF MARCH,2010.SECTION 27, thus; subject to section 25 of this act, the board (NIGERIA CONTENT MONITORING BOARD)shall have powers to require any operator to maintain an office in a community where the operator has significant operations.

This was immediately followed with the intake of NEW AGE GRADE (UKWU  OFOU) and INTER COMMUNITY TEAM FOOTBALLING IN MEMORY OF UGO_LASHI and also an INTER_KINDRED FOOTBALL COMPETITION all Geared at making the Festival funful and interesting.

The popular IBU_OJE (IKPU YO! AMUA YO!) Was not left out as residents and lovers of the IBU_OJE took their CHANTS AND DANCES to all the Streets of OKWUZI.

OFF COURSE,  THOSE OF US WHO WAS AT THE FLAG OFF OF THE OMOKU GENERAL HOSPITAL HEARD THE STATE GOVERNOR ORDERED HIS THEN COMMISSIONER FOR HEALTH TO IMMEDIATELY LEAVE FOR EGBEMA AND SHOULD NOT RETURN TO PORT HARCOURT WITHOUT AN OVERALL ESTIMATE OF WHAT IT WILL TAKE TO BRING BACK THE OKWUZI GENERAL HOSPITAL TO STATUS QUO. AND YOU ARE AWARE THAT THERE HAVE NOT BEEN A NEW COMMISSIONER FOR HEALTH. THE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNS AND NEEDED DOCUMENTS FOR THE OKWUZI EGBEMA GENERAL HOSPITAL IS THERE. I THINK PATIENCE IS WHAT WE NEED NOW.

Funny but true, We still doubles as the most unemployed and exploited youths within our Local Government and State.
Over the years, the Kingdom Egbema have been a flash point and a talk for the town in a negative way.

Our Kingdom accounts for 28 functional OIL WELLS, HOUSES THE ITALIAN OIL GIANT ( NIGERIA AGIP OIL COMPANY LIMITED). Known as AGIP.
After a proper investigation on the cause of the differences in EGBEMA KINGDOM, I was meant to understand that our people fights for nothing but mere traditional and political power at the detriment of its people.
Where are our traditional heads, Stockholders and contact men ?
they said our youths should go to school and graduate before they can be gainfully employed by the Multi national's operating in our land.
Now we have over 5000 graduates from EGBEMA COMMUNITIES currently Unemployed.
What is happening?
Where are the Employment chances given to our Kingdom annually by AGIP, ADDAX PETROLEUM, NPDC, SHELL, SUDDELLETRA, PLAGIRIA, NECODESMAN, AND AMONG OTHERS.
Who is usually in charge?
Where are the Egbema employment bureau?
Our youths are roaming the streets, some forced to toe the wrong part of life.
This is unfair.
We need youths empowerment in Egbema kingdom.
Our youths must be gainfully employed.

The youths are the future leaders of Tomorrow  so said our leaders. Yet they hold on to the positions for the youths and when another employment opportunities is given they give to their Children.
Our children needs education but their parents lacks the resources. Why are SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS GIVEN?
Where are the SCHOLARSHIP chances given to our Children by the Oil Firms in our land? Who takes them? Have your children benefited?
If no, then Why?

It's so saddling. That our traditional rulers, community representatives, The CDC, YOUTH PRESIDENT will sit and do nothing to address the plight of the Egbema youths.
Why are we killing ourselves? Why the hatred, jealousy, anger, malice and strive?
It is never too late to Rebuild EGBEMA.

The leader of the Visionary group in Ogba/Egbema/ndoni local Government Area of Rivers State yesterday visited the State Party CHAIRMAN Of the PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC PARTY in Rivers State.(HON. FELIX AMEACHI OBUAH. A.K.A GO_ROUND. the MBA ANA BARA AGU 1.OF ORASHI REGION.

On my visit, i presented an issue for a redress of the plights of the Egbema/ONELGA people.
The Onelga Son who doubles as the political Godfather of the region and the Rivers State PDP State CHAIRMAN assured me on behalf of my Egbema people on the following.

THE RIVERS STATE GOVERNOR HAS NOT FORGOTTEN THE PEOPLE OF EGBEMA/ONELGA. AS I SPEAK THE CONTRACT FOR THE DUALIZATION OF THE OMOKU_EGBEMA ROAD HAS BEEN AWARDED.AND VERY SOON THE DUALIZATION PROCESS WILL COMMENCE.

YOUR GENERAL HOSPITAL IS ANOTHER SERIOUS CONSIGN TO THE STATE GOVERNMENT. ONE THING YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND IS, DEVELOPMENT IS A GRADUAL PROCESS AND I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT THE EXECUTIVE GOVERNOR OF OUR STATE WILL DO ALL THAT HE HAS PROMISED THE ONELGA PEOPLE.
ONE THING IS TO HAVE YOUR PERSON IN POWER AND THE OTHER THING IS TO PRAY FOR HIM TO DELIVER.
THE RIVERS STATE GOVERNOR IS TRYING AND IN NO DISTANT TIME ONELGS PEOPLE WILL SING A NEW SONG.

The leader of the Visionary group in OGBA/EGBEMA/NDONI LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF RIVERS STATE known as EGBEMA MASSIVE MOVEMENT (COMR. I.E.KELLY RUFUS) have threatened to lead youths of EGBEMA KINGDOM to oppose any Politician and or political parties trying to play smart game with it's people come 2019.

Commending the youths of his KINGDOM, he furthered that if the plights of the people is not addressed on or before 2019 the people of EGBEMA will have no other option than to speak in one voice. Political afflictions and some members individual difference will not continue to drag the people of EGBEMA DOWNWARD.
The truth must be told, we are yet to gain anything from the current Gov.Wike_Government.

The people of Egbema communities in RIVERS/IMO State continue with its demands for Compensation for the health hazards, lost of aquatic lifes, pollution of her environments, rivers, fishing ponds, swimming pools, plants and health related challenges caused by the Explosion which Rocked EBOCHA COMMUNITY IN EGBEMA RIVERS STATE and her neighboring Villages in the IMO STATE AXIS (affecting 16 communities all in EGBEMA RIVERS & IMO STATE)
A lot of committee's were set up by the National Assembly, Rivers State Assembly and local Government Chairman to address the ugly explosion which Rocked the Oil Rich community in Egbema by the NIGERIA AGIP OIL COMPANY.
The people of EGBEMA KINGDOM till date Still live and yet to  recuperate from the aftermath effects of the sudden Oil blasts that relieved it's people of virtually all her aquatic life's, plants and crops investment, devoid her streams, rivers, fishing ponds, damaged her fertile soil and left our plants and crops withered.
The people of Egbema Kingdom filled a suit of #500 Billion naira against the Italian Oil Giant (NAOC) and since the 2015 till date nothing, not even a fumigation has been done in EGBEMA KINGDOM. This is saddling and pathetically, a calculated denial of the people's Rights and must fulfilled necessities.
This cannot happen in OGBA KINGDOM, OGONI LAND OR EVEN IKWERE/OBIO AKPOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF RIVERS STATE and the State Government, Federal Government keep calm and allow the Multi_national get away with it.
we suspect there is something Our Representatives, Leaders/traditional Rulers are not telling us.
Our local Government cannot help us, state government cannot help us, Federal Government cannot help us compel the NIGERIA AGIP OIL COMPANY LIMITED to pay the#500 billion naira Environmental Degradation suit filled by  her host communities as compensation for all round damages and untimely deaths caused to our people by their Equipment Failure which defiles their Content of agreement with Their host COMMUNITY EGBEMA  AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA.
The very continual evidence of the 2015 AGIP_EBOCHA explosion is visibly seen on the Roofs of every buildings found in EGBEMA COMMUNITIES.
On daily basis, we inhale Hydrocarbons, and it's EQUIVALENT Dangerous Ammonium gas gotten from the continual refraction of crude supplements by the Italian Oil Giant (NAOC) in our land.
Funny how the Rivers State Government have been relentless in addressing a very serious issue of urgent consign to the people of EGBEMA KINGDOM. A KINGDOM with over 30 FUNCTIONAL OIL WELLS,    A KINGDOM that accounts for some 25%of the Nation's revenue, and arguably some  40% of her state Revenue.
This is the case of a KINGDOM that has no one, no single leader to champion her CRIES. In the LOCAL GOVERNMENT we are no were to be found, in the State Government we are not Recognized, in the Federal government we don't know how it looks like. What a world?

Sometimes when people say, Politicians are the same be it A.P.C, P.D.P or APDA I maintain silence because change is the only constant thing in life.
With the continual silence and Abandonment of the OKWUZI_EGBEMA GENERAL HOSPITAL established by an act of the State/federal ministry of Health in Nigeria to serve the health challenges of the over 90,000 people living in Egbema Kingdom and within.
Sadly, several administration have come and gone without considering the Plight of the State Government Establishment in Our land to help curb the health related challenges of man as one of the major Duties of the Government to its people (GOOD HEALTH CARE SERVICES).
Funny but true, the OKWUZI_EGBEMA GENERAL HOSPITAL have been as the pictures you see till date. Not Enough Doctors, staffs, as I make this post nobody goes there again. It has stopped functioning and the people are complaining.

When we taught all hope was lost on the faith of our only GENERAL HOSPITAL, the PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC PARTY (P.D.P) Took its Campaign to our land ahead of the 2015 PRESIDENTIAL, GUBERNATORIAL, NATIONAL ASSEMBLY, AND STATE ASSEMBLY ELECTIONS we were Promised Heaven on earth by the P.D.P
Among the numerous promises made by the Rivers State PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC PARTY AND HER THEN GOVERNORSHIP CANDIDATE was RENOVATION AND EQUIPMENT OF OUR GENERAL HOSPITAL.
GOV. Wike during his campaigning, furthered that the OKWUZI_GENERAL HOSPITAL will be used to mark and Celebrate His 100 days in Office. Your Excellency, it's been over 780 days now and nothing is been done.
No single Project in Egbema Kingdom. We ask again, What went wrong? Are we no longer Rivers State People? Why the Marginalization? Why the abandonment? The people are Suffering, please Start fulfilling Your Campaign Promises to us. You have been doing and commissioning projects here and there What is the Delaying that of OGBA/EGBEMA/NDONI LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF THE STATE?

Thank God for the Oil Companies in our land who took to themselves the Responsibilities of the State Government to have managely Developed Our KINGDOM. The movement for the recognition of Egbema in River state has taken a new step as the leader of the peace and developmental initiative in Egbema Kingdom known as EGBEMA MASSIVE MOVENT visited one of her son, An Ex- Rivers state law maker who represented the Good people of Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area( Constituency 2.) OF River State between 2003 - 2007.

 I visited Hon Singer and asked some of the following Questions which he did not hesitate to answer. We are not just peace initiated but also interrogatory group who demands accountability in office from our leaders.

1.   HON. TELL US ABOUT YOUR DAYS IN THE STATE ASSEMBLY?

Answer: I am Hon Singer Nelson, and I hail from Umu-osita clan in Okwuzi community, Egbema Kingdom in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni LGA. R/S. I served as the people’s representatives (ONELGA CONSTITUENCY 2) at the state house of assemble for 4years (2003-2007). I left the Assembly 27^th may, 2007 that’s been a decade now.

2.   Hon. What was your achievements and major setbacks during your stay in office?

Answer: well as a human being I did my best even with the limited tenure then. I cannot remember all expect I make reference to my catalogue. But I remember I undertook the following projects:

·        I moved the Rivers tourism development Bill.

·        I drew the attention of the then Gov. peter Odili to execute the fencing of the Okwuzi-Egbema General Hospital.

·         I also under took the land scrapping project in the General hospital.

·        I made the move for the renovation of the Okwuzi-Egbema General Hospital. Even thou Dr. Peter Odili gave the contract to one General Azazi his friend who didn’t take it serious and handed over the job to the daughter and then her daughter now brought her boyfriend and the job became a mess. If not, the hospital would have been in a nice state as we speak.

·        I ensured that 9 of our children travelled abroad. Even when I knew some of them came back to know Governments fault.

·        I built the Ndoni Ultra-modern market which is at the peck of River Niger. Although the people are not using it because it was out of the town.

·        I moved the Bill for the Renovation of the berth weight tank.

·        I did the Umu-Agburuga Road Projects and others in Okwuzi.

·        I attracted internal road projects to various communities.

·        I worked with Dr. Peter Odili to begin the dulalisation of the OMOKU-OKWUZI TTC ROAD CONTRACT.

·        The local jetty renovations and among others.

·        We started a Road from OGBIDI- KERIGANI-OHALI-IDU USOMINI axis before the interference of the OBA OF OGBALAND. Claiming the contract was awarded to him by ELF/TOTAL. That was the end of the contract.

·        I did the renovation of the EDO OBOSIKWU SECONDARY SCHOOL.

·        I tried to make the Gov. link EKPE-AGGAH to AGGAH COMMUNITY ROAD. Before the obstruction from Chief William Ijeoma and co. the unnecessary agitation for the contract by some Egbema people led to the backwardness in infrastructural development in Egbema Kingdom during my days at the Assemble.

·        I renovated the Government Secondary School in KERIGANI. 6 CLASS ROOMS UP.

·        My major challenge was with my Egbema Brothers and the intrusion in state Government Contract by the Ogba people and EZE OBA OF OGBALAND.

·        HON. YOU SAID LIMITED TIME, WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY THAT?

Answer: yes the initial plan was for me to work for 4years and    leave. But when I left office 2007 an Ndoni Man Hon Lucky Odili came into play and served from 2007-2011 and 2011-2015 as against the agreement. And now Usomini man is there Hon. Nath Uwaji is there, he will stay till 2019. Or even more.

·        HON. WHAT WILL BE YOUR TAKE IF HON NATH OPINES FOR A SECOND TERM?

Answer: well is his right if he wants to. After all Hon. Lucky started it all.  To me, I will advise he stays for 8years. Because he is just getting into play and needs to learn a lot about governance maybe by his second term he will begin to do wonders. This will now be an already settled agreement when he finally leaves for an Egbema man to come and serve his 8years without stress. It should be rotational irrespective of political ideologies.

HON. YOU LEFT OFFICE MAY 27^TH 2007 AND A LOT HAPPENED.

Answer: yes a lot of things happened. I finished from the state Assembly and a new Government came onboard. Hon. Sir Celestine Omehia became the new River state Governor and immediately called for a Local Government election across the state to elect in Local Government Chairmen to work with. A lot of people indicated interest in their Lga’s and I indicated interest as well for the Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Chairmanship position. We were 38 in number fromONELGA and at the end of the day I emerged the flag bearer as a candidate for the people’s Democratic Party (PDP). We were all handed over flag at Ahoada local Government. The election was to be held on the 20^th October, 2007 when coincidentally the same day was to be the traditional marriage day of the son of Oba of Ogba land (HON PRINCE UNCHE NNAM-OBI & the daughter of the then incumbent Governor Sir Dr. Peter Odili, so the election was postponed not until 25^th 0ctober, 2007 the supreme court gave an obnoxious judgement that nullified the election of Gov. Celestine Omehia and installed Gov. Rotimi Ameachi.  Ameachi came into play and scrapped all the party candidates for the Local Government Elections as proposed by Gov. Omehia. We the party candidates proceeded to court. Although I was quite lucky as I didn’t go into borrowing to fund my campaigns then as some of my collegues from other LGA’s did. I was just leaving the Assembly. And had some savings.

HON. THERE WAS CLAIMS THAT THE THEN GOVERNOR AMEACHI NEVER WANTED YOU AROUND HIM. WHAT HAPPENED?

Answer: Ameachi accused me of working against him. Which is very true? I was following instructions from my brother the outgoing Governor then. As a matter of fact I was number 4^th in the list of the assemble members who signed for the impeachment of Ameachi. We reserved the 1^st,2^nd for the speaker of the house and its leader, 3^rd was Hon Tam Gogo jaja and the 4^th was myself.

HON. WHAT HAPPENED AFTER?

Answer:The heat was on and Gov. Ameachi flew to Ghana. And Dr. Odili was incharge.  Dr. odili called me and I lead the Assemble members to see him at the Government House where he Cooked lavishly and we all ate. He pleaded that I should retire from processing the impeachment move of Ameachi that he was scared. Therein we accepted and Gov. Ameachi came to power with wike as a Chief of Staff following him.

HON. AMEACHI SHOULD BE YOU NUMBER 1 ENEMY FOR DENYING YOU OF YOUR LGA CHAIRMANSHIP POSITION. WHY ARE YOU IN THE SAME POLITICAL PARTY WITH HIM?

Answer: it’s all about Politics. Honestly if I were him I would have done the same. Ordinarily there is no way he would be a governor and allow someone who signed impeachment bill against you have his way. Although he knew I was following orders from his Boss Dr. Odili.

HON. WAS DR. ODILI’S ADMINISTRATION FAVOURABLE TO THE EGBEMA PEOPLE?

Answer: Honestly not at all. All projects in Egbema during my days in the Assemble were constituency projects. Dr. Odili never allowed us tap from his office. He was not homely and was at all means after the presidency. To me, I believed he wanted to become the president 1^st before addressing the issue of the Egbema and Niger delta People unfortunately we lost it all.

HON. ARE YOU A MEMBER OF THE APC?

Answer: I am a full time member and a stakeholder. I am the leader of APC in EGBEMA and one of the leaders in the LGA.

HON WHY DID YOU JOIN THE APC?

Answer: I left the PDP to APC because of the impunity in the PDP. The injustice melted on CHIEF G.U.AKE triggered me to leave.

DO YOU HAVE ANY REGRET JOINING THE APC?

Answer: I have no regret at all. I don’t harlot in politics.

HON. WHAT IS YOUR TAKE ON SOME OF YOUR MEMEMBERS IN THE LGA AND STATE LEAVEING THE APC FOR THE PDP?

Answer: it’s up to them. They are people who cannot stand hunger for a while. So we do not need such persons. Moreover, a lot of persons are on daily basis defecting to the All Progressive Congress. Even if we lost a thousand, it’s just a number. With the coming of Prince Tonye Prince will alone, the party have covered its loss. We still have Chief Dumo lulu Briggs and among others. Come 2019 we will overtake.

HON. BACK TO EGBEMA ANDS ITS CONTINUAL NEGLECT BY THE LGA & STATE GOVERNMENT. WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THAT?

Answer: I think we have EGBEMA Big boys in the PDP. They should look into this. The major problem with Egbema people is lack of UNITY AND LOVE FOR ONE ANOTHER. Until this is Genuinely addressed, EGBEMA Will remain relegated to the lest background in the scheme of things in ONELGA AND RIVER STATE. I thank God you took notice of all the Governor Wike’s promises to the Egbema people. Has he fulfilled any one? Some at times I wish our people will just grow up in politics. But they said we have an S.A to the Governor let him canvass for our good.

FINALLY, HON WHAT IS YOUR TAKE ON EGBEMA MASSIVE MOVEMENT?

Answer: to me you guys are really trying. It is not easy to take up the struggle for togetherness in EGBEMA. This is what some of us had in mind but could not achieve because of lack of unity. Continue in your good deeds and you have my total support. Thank you.
