I WILL RECONSTRUCT AND BRING TO FUNCTION THE OKWUZI - EGBEMA GENERAL HOSPITAL, GOV. WIKE.

I WILL RECONSTRUCT AND BRING TO FUNCTION THE OKWUZI- EGBEMA GENERAL HOSPITAL - (GOV. WIKE 14TH FEBRUARY, 2015)

(Your Hospital will be used to celebrate my 1st 100 Days in office - Gov. Wike)

The Attention of the visionary youths wig in Egbema kingdom known as the EGBEMA MASSIVE MOVEMENT (E.M.M) Has Been drawn to the abandoned and forgotten State of the Only General Hospital in Egbema. The OKWUZI - EGBEMA GENERAL HOSPITAL.

The Rivers State Governor, His Excellency, Chief & Barr. Nyesom E. Wike (CON, GSSRS) during his campaign in 2015, on February 14th live in Mgbede - Egbema on the occasion of the celebration of the PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC PARTY (PDP) VALENTINE DAY PARTY at the house of the PDP Chieftain Chief, Sir. Evans Ijeoma (JP). Promised the people of Egbema that if we vote for him, he will within his first 100 days in Office, reconstruct and totally re-equip to function the OKWUZI -EGBEMA GENERAL HOSPITAL and will be used to celebrate his 1st First Year Anniversary Project.

Your Excellency, is been more than (1200 days) and nothing has been done to address the plight of the OKWUZI-EGBEMA GENERAL HOSPITAL.

Like they say, "Health is Wealth."
We wish to remind our State Governor, the Mr. Project now the MR. QUALITY PROJECT of his assuring words to the resourceful people of Egbema kingdom.

It is disheartening to note that the Abandoned OKWUZI - EGBEMA GENERAL HOSPITAL by the previous Administration has not been in use for more than (5) five years now.

The dangers of it is that the death rate in Egbema communities and neighbouring villages who hoped on the services of the forgotten hospital has increased within this said years.

One of the primary responsibilities of every progressive Government is the provisions of adequate health care services.

It is no longer a news that the various communities in Egbema kingdom has been abandoned to die off by her Local, State and Federal Government.

Hardly can one point out any functional State nor Federal Government projects in Egbema kingdom of the State.

As responsible people, we in Egbema kingdom of ONELGA has been seen over the years to be the most peaceful area of ONELGA and in the State.
So, no Government should come to tell us insecurity has been the reason for our under development for we will not accept it.

On daily basis, our sick one's ( Mother's, Father's and little children ) are exposed to sudden  death ranging from lack of a functional and avoidable  Health Care Services which we perceived as a means to drastically reduce our jealous population in the Local Government and State.

We the peaceful and resourceful people of Egbema kingdom call on the Rivers State Governor, Our performing Governor to extend his Developmental Projects to the Egbema Axis of ONELGA for we are growth and development hungry.

Our OKWUZI- EGBEMA GENERAL HOSPITAL is of utmost important to us.
From the pictures displayed, it has now been agreed that the named Hospital does not exist.

The good people of Egbema kingdom humbly request His Excellency to go on his words on the 3rd December, 2016. At the Flagg of of the TOTAL RECONSTRUCTION OF THE  ULTRA MODERN OMOKU ZONAL HOSPITAL. Were His Excellency Immediately ordered his then Commissioner for Health to proceed to EGBEMA and bring the Cost Implications of what it will take to bring to standard the OKWUZI - EGBEMA GENERAL HOSPITAL which we are patiently awaiting for the next move.

The re-opening of our Only General Hospital will create a lot of employment opportunities for the common people of the area as a lot of casual workers will be employed also.

The Advantages of having the OKWUZI GENERAL HOSPITAL back to function cannot be over-emphasized. We continue as visionary youths wig in Egbema kingdom to demand for the reconstruction and total reequipping of our only OKWUZI GENERAL HOSPITAL.

Long live His Excellency,
Long live Rivers state.
Long live ONELGA.
long live EGBEMA KINGDOM.

21.7KM OMOKU - EGBEMA DUAL CARRIAGEWAY PROJECT, A MYTH OR REALITY ?

21.7KM OMOKU - EGBEMA DUAL CARRIAGEWAY PROJECT; A MYTH OR REALITY ?

(Egbema Massive Movement cries out. Demands Immediate Remobilization to site by Darycet International Limited)

The Leader of the Visionary Youth Wig in Egbema kingdom
COMR. I.E KELLY RUFUS, known as the EGBEMA MASSIVE MOVEMENT (E.M.M) all in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Areas of River State, has again cried out, calling on the Attention of the Rivers State Governor,
His Excellence, Chief & Barr. Nyesom Wike (CON, GSSRS), to what they describe as a substandard and non professional Way's of Road Construction evident on the ongoing Omoku- Egbema dual carriageway project awarded to the DARYCET  INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. By the Rivers State Governor.

Your Excellency, we are aware that you have been given again, a befitting nickname MR QUALITY PROJECT which is because of your devotedness and passion to see River State wear a New garment of Beautification.
Our own Governor, the good People of Egbema kingdom in OGBA/EGBEMA/NDONI LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREAS OF THE STATE is concerned about the sustainability of your Good Names and that is why we are officially writing to direct your attention to the unprofessional and now abandoned Omoku- Egbema Dual Carriageway project by the DARYCET INTERNATIONAL LIMITED as awarded and fully mobilized to completion by River State Government as opines by His Excellency on the 20th December, 2017.

Your Excellency, We in Egbema Massive Movement Commend your leadership strides especially your concern shown and determination to address the plight of our deplorable and forgotten OMOKU- EGBEMA DUAL CARRIAGEWAY which does not indeed genuflect nor represent a Modern Road.

Indeed, this has shown your readiness and commitment to Leading Rivers State to the promise land. And also proven you to be an all encompassing Governor.

Your Excellency, the Egbema people say in a large voice, THANK YOU for beginning the fulfilment of one out of your numerous promises to us during your Campaign in Mgbede -Egbema  on the February 15th, 2015 to construct the OMOKU- EGBEMA dual carriageway spanning from OMOKU- to EGBEMA with about 21.7km which by His Grace, You had awarded and flagged off  on your visit to ONELGA on the (20th of December 2017).

Your Excellency, on your remarks you affirmed that the State Government has fully mobilized the Contractor in charge and that they had no reason to delay the completion of the project which according to the Managing Director of DARYCET INTERNATIONAL LIMITED Engr. Dennis Eduga is to last for ( 12 months).

We the visionary youths in  EGBEMA MASSIVE MOVEMENT wishes to bring to your notice the following Requests on behalf of our voiceless people.

* WE  REQUEST THE COMPLETION OF THE OMOKU- EGBEMA DUAL CARRIAGEWAY PROJECT.

* WE CALL ON THE MANAGING DIRECTOR OF DARYCET INTERNATIONAL LIMITED TO EXTEND THE DRAIN SECTIONS TO EGBEMA.

* WE CALL ON THE MANAGING DIRECTOR OF DARYCET INTERNATIONAL LIMITED  ENGR. DENNIS ODUGA TO IMMEDIATELY REMOBILIZE TO SITE FOR THEIR SUDDEN DISAPPEARANCE FROM SITE READ A LOTS OF MEANING IN OUR MINDS WHICH FOR NOW WE DO NOT WANT TO BELIEVE.

* WE REQUEST THE RIVERS STATE COMMISSIONER FOR WORKS TO REGULARLY VISIT FOR INSPECTION THE OMOKU- EGBEMA DUAL CARRIAGEWAY PROJECT AND ENSURE THAT ALL PARAMETERS  ARE IN PLACE. (length- 21.7km,
driving width-7.3km
Shoulder-2.7km, Drain-10,000 linear meters
Has 3 span with 45m length).

As visionary youths, we take the words of The Rivers State Governor to become the driving force to the completion of the OMOKU- EGBEMA DUAL CARRIAGEWAY PROJECT.  We have decided not to become violent and a reason to for the abandonment of the OMOKU- EGBEMA DUAL CARRIAGEWAY PROJECT but as a watchdog and spurring factor to its completion.

It is on that note, that we condemn the Unprofessional and unethical manners of Modern Road Construction by the contractor in charge. DARYCET INTERNATIONAL LIMITED.
The said Road has a drain which is yet to be extended to the Egbema Axis and even the Drain in the OMOKU axis is substandard and cannot serve the test of time.
Every slight Rainfall covers the drains and the Road Surface.

We call on the DARYCET INTERNATIONAL LIMITED to Apply local Content in her discharges and also make adequate provisions for Safety which is Paramount for ever Modern Road Construction particularly on the dredged Egbema Axis which from findings has been abandoned and all company's Vehicles and equipments withdrawn from site.

We call on all Relevant Agencies, the NIGERIA INSTITUTE OF CIVIL ENGINEERS (NICE), River State Ministry and Commissioner for Works,  all ONELGA POLITICAL LEADER'S, ROYAL FATHER'S, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEES, YOUTH BODIES to join on the Demand for the Completion of the OMOKU- EGBEMA DUAL CARRIAGEWAY PROJECT.

We are indeed blessed to have a performing Governor who listens to the plea of his people.

We the visionary youths of Egbema wants to reassure the Rivers State Governor of our Unflinching Support and Readiness to assist his  positive thought for the State. We will remain responsible citizens and law abiding in our request for development in our respective regions of the State.

Your excellency Sir, we want to also let you know that Egbema kingdom has the voting strength of ONELGA from our conscious considering, It is now visible to the World that there is nothing like One ONELGA.

EGBEMA MASSIVE MOVEMENT condemn in strong terms what she describe as a calculated attempt by our sister kingdoms (Ogba and Ndoni) to relegate and continually Sideline the Good people of Egbema from the Goodies of State Democracy and Scheme of things in her own Local and State Government.

For the interest of Fair Play, and Solidification of Internal Unity and Cooperation in ONELGA, We demand that Egbema be duly Recognized and be Represented in all sections of Leadership in ONELGA council and the State.

We have been known to be peaceful and loving resource suppliers of ONELGA.
Your Excellency Sir,
it is unfair to beat a poor child and at the same time pet him  with biscuits or ice cream for him not to cry out.
Judging from the one-sided Political Appointment's in ONELGA, we make bold to say that our people have been pushed to the wall.

We write as a peaceful and visionary organ of our Egbema kingdom to Express our Dissatisfaction with the current dispositions of elective and appointive positions in our local government.

From Proper Enquiries, what some persons call the ( 6)  Six Geopolitical Zones and thus, the Sharing formulas of ONELGA was never envoke in our Local Government until the advent of the PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC PARTY (PDP) IN 1999. And under the Democratic tenure of SIR. DR. PETER ODILI as the then Governor of the state which we believe he was tricked to supporting that    calculated and one sided arrangement to steal and retain Political and economic powers in the Local Government by some Power hungry Politician's.

However, the Egbema people has risen from the shackles of broad day Robbery and believe that no time is ever late to call for Justice as people with clear understanding of the rule of law.

We keep believing that His Execllency, Been a Fair play Governor and a Governor who believes on Social Justice  and with His Good Position as the Executive Governor of the state, A born  leader from the grassroots settings of communities,  Local and State Government levels, we  use his good position to correct the great Injustice melted on us by our political Godfather's from the other kingdom's.

Even the military regime recognized us as one and that gave birth to the use of our Respective Initials to Coin the Name ONELGA meaning OGBA/EGBEMA/NDONI LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA. And not OGBA/OMOKU-EGI-USOMINI-IGBURU/EGBEMA AND NDONI LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA.

the continual referencing to the non mutual (6) six sharing formulas in Onelga is never to the advantages of an EGBEMA man nor NDONI man.
The Egbema kingdom before her sudden balkanization into (EGBEMA IMO AND EGBEMA RIVER STATE) In the 1970's was having Over 17 Major  towns with more than 345 villages therein
Large enough to become A Province or local Government of its own.

We still believe in the Continuity of OGBA-EGBEMA-NDONI local Government area and that is on a condition that a spade be called a spade and Social Justice Prevails.

Thanks and God bless.

Long live River State,
Long live ONELGA
Long live  EGBEMA KINGDOM
