KELLY RUFUS, has denied speculations within EGBEMA AND ONELGA RIVERS STATE that he will in no distance time join his friends in the Race for the Ward 11 councillorship election in the Local Government. This was made known after a closed door meeting with some Ward 11 concerned youths on Wednesday during a COURTESY call to him. I HAVE NO POLITICAL AMBITION FOR NOW, AND PEOPLE SHOULD DESIST FROM PROPAGATING FALSEHOOD. SOME PERSONS IN WARD 11 HAVE BEEN CALLING ME THAT THEY DESIRE THE COUNCILLORS POSITION AND THAT THEY HEARD AM JOINING THE RACE ALSO. SINCERELY, I HAVE NEVER DISCLOSED PUBLICLY THAT I WILL RUN FOR COUNCILLORSHIP FOR NOW_KELLY noted. I understand that our WARD 11 is made up of two larger Communities OKWUZI & MGBEDE with sub_Villages amounting to 16 in the Same Ward. However, it is believed that Okwuzi just had her turn in the person of the immediate Councillor HON. MRS. CHIOMA EMEJI and now it is turn for MGBEDE to take hers. I RESPECT ZONING A LOT, and I will not want to deviate from our Grassroot understanding of power distribution in WARD 11. People should stop been scared of my acclaimed intention to run for Councillor and take the bull by the horn. I have always said, I CAN ONLY SUPPORT INDIVIDUALS WITHIN THE AGES OF 21_35 years for Councillor in EGBEMA. So, I urge the People of MGBEDE COMMUNITY to immediately harmonize herself and present to us Ward 11 their Candidate for the job. I am for every body and I am for nobody. If you can convince me and the entire people of Ward 11 of your readiness and good intentions, then am for you. But for now, I will support all persons equally for they are all my friends. .
