EGBEMA MASSIVE MOVEMENT STREET- 2- STREET AWARENESS WALK/RALLY.
The visionary youth group in Egbema Kingdom all in Ogba-Egbema-Ndoni Local Government Area, held her Annual Street to Street Awareness Campaign/Rally Today 14th July, 2018. With the theme
# EGBEMA ARISE !!!
The group led by Comr. I.E. Kelly Rufus, call on Government at all levels/Multinationals to look into the plight of Egbema people.
The group preached for peace and unity of the Egbema Ethnic Nationality.
A call to the leaderships of the kingdom;
* Egbema needs a rallying point.
* Where is the Egbema memorandum of understanding (MOU).
* Egbema Youths are unemployed and we need employment and empowerment programs.
* Egbema people deserves a managerial position in Naoc (Nigeria Agip Oil Company).
* Agip is tactically retiring our people, we need replacements.
* We deserve the best from Agip, we need our steady power supply back.
* We need our I.T.C center built and commission to function.
The youths should go and get her PVC (Perminant Voters Card)
* A call to the Federal, State and Local Government;
* We as a forum thank you,
His Excellency, Chief & Barr. Nyesom Ezenwo Wike (CON, GSSRS.)
Beginning the construction of our Omoku-Egbema dual carriageway project. While also asking His Excellency to remember his numerous Promise's to the Egbema people. Which includes:
1. Gov. Wike, please remember our abandoned Okwuzi-Egbema General Hospital
2. Gov. Wike, please appoint more Egbema people in your cabinet.
3. Gov. Wike, please elevate our Nze-obi stool and Eze-Ali stool to 1st class and 2nd class respectively.
4. ONELGA Council belongs to all, we condemn the one-sided political appointments by the council chairman. We must be represented.
5. Egbema Kingdom is too big and overpopulated to have just two (2) electoral ward. We demand for more wards creation in Onelga, Egbema precisely.
6. Egbema people deserves a position in the House of Representatives.
7. Gov. Wike, please remember your promise to us to construct 12KM internal roads in Egbema Communities.
8. We demand the completion of our divisional police headquarters building.
In Okwuzi Community, the forum where received by Chief Engr. Nelson Ekperi, who among other things blamed the Egbema people for some of the neglect they have received over the years.
He enumerated several efforts that he and his team have initiated to attract development to Egbema Kingdom.
In Aggah community, the forum where received by the Traditional Ruler of Aggah Community -
His Royal Highness,
Eze Ignatius Ekezie. The EZE AWOMAH I. OF AGGAH COMMUNITY.
Eze Ekezie lauded the group for their initiative and advised that more youths of Egbema should join this course. He continued, by noting that he will do everything within his power to support the group because their demands are genuine.
The official T-shirt of the Association was presented to the Traditional Ruler by the leader of the group
Comr. I.E. Kelly Rufus, signaling the traditional rulers endorsement of the body.
The Egbema youths has truly risen.
Together we will help salvage our Egbema.
A successful Egbema is our pride.

The program was indeed a fruitful one even as we remain hopeful that our demands must surely be attended to.
