Whenever I listen to the baseless and deceitful excuses of some CTC-Chairmen in River State that the (Governor) HIS EXECELLENCY BARR. NYESOM WIKE ordered them not to execute nor carry out any project. I quickly refer them to the former Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni L .G.A Boss (HON). PRINCE ISAAC UMEJURU who was once a CTC-Chairman in the same River State and within his 1^st (3 months) in office, undertook the following projects/programs:
